Petition Not to build a High speed Rail (HS2) link to Scotland

More details

A HS2 Link to Scotland is a waste of money and will only benefit Scotland not England. A HS2 Link to the the NOth is reasonable to link the noth and the south but Scotland just wants to be able to export to England without being in the UK. They want the pro's but not the con's of being in the union.
