Why should the top percentages of earners be charged astronomical income tax rates in which a large proportion will go to scroungers? If you are fit and receiving benefits, you should be doing communal work, otherwise, cut these incompetent thugs' source of money off thus forcing them to find a job. Is this a Labour government?
