The British Horse racing Authority should be elected by those within the industry whose fees pay for its existence. The BHA is a non elected and to some extent a non accountable body that regulates the sport. Over the last few years they have failed to do this and stumble from one disaster to another. The government must disband the current regime for the good of the sport .
