We the people of Scotland do not wish to surrender any of our Powers of Government to the European Union when Scotland holds a referendum to become an Independant Nation, we therefore call on the Scottish Office Minister to insert a clause in the House of Commons debate on Independance instructing the Scottish Devolved Parliament to give the people of Scotland a referendum on joining or leaving the European Union.
