Currently the UK people own a significant share or Lloyds and other UK banks, yet HMRC are using Santander, a Spanish Bank to recieve Tax, VAT and other revenue due by epaying. This business should be directed to UK based banks only, and especially to banks owned by the people who are paying the revenue.
