CAFCASS is currenlty not been held accountable for the conduct of registered officers and continues to fail to investigate when serious concerns are raised during court proceedings about an officers findings and impartiallity to those parties.
Accountability needs to be clear and consistent and when complaints are made about an officers conduct and professionalism action should be taken immediatley to protect misleading information been filed with the Courts and prevent serious significant harm to our children.
