Which would remove the problems have understanding the extremely complicated schemes.\r\n\r\nAlso in courage all councils if they offer a trade waste scheme to introduce recycling so they lead by example.\r\n\r\nThis would be very useful for Village and Community premises who are classed as commercial properties who are unable to have there waste recycled and therefore it goes straight to landfill.
