Our economy needs immediate major stimulus by infrastructure spending that will bring short/medium term jobs and long term benefits.
The government already subsidises many home improvements and is already bringing forward infrastructure spending on transport. This subsidy would create many high tech jobs and leave us with a competitive broadband infrastructure.
