Rejected petition mobility allowance for over 65s

The government should allow a mobility component to the over 65s Attendance Allowance the same as for the under 65s D.L.A. being over 65 when you become disabled does'nt mean you can't care for yourself within your home,but is does mean you have a diminshed quality of life outside of it.
