Petition Freedom of choice to Smokers

The smokers with in the whole of the E.U. are being discriminated against and dictated to by the minority and have NO say in the total bans implemented upon them. Because of this we are now seeing MORE anti social behavior in the work places and in the pubs and Bars. revenue is now being lost to the many pubs and clubs closing down because of this dictatorial outright Ban. Businesses and pub owners and landlords have not been given the freedom of choice to decide for them selves if they want to allow smoking or not. The Government should now revers their total ban and let the businesses pub owners and landlords to have the freedom of Choice as to whether or not they want to ban smoking in their premises, as a democratic freedom of choice.
