To boost the UK 4*4 vehicle industry and seed a leisure industry devoted to all-terrain vehicle hire, while enabling motorists to discover the beauty of England’s national parks, we ask the Secretary of State for Transport to give immediate priority to establishing a national off-road network utilising existing rights of way in England’s 15 protected areas for countryside pursuits.
