Allan Pollock performed an act of Public Decency ejecting a fare dodger when the Train Guard was powerless to do so.
Mr Pollock should be rewarded and recognised as a hero for his actions, not charged unfairly with assault.
The Government should step in and have these charges dropped and Mr Pollock recognised as a decent member of the Public.
