It has become increasingly evident that the HMRC is negotiating with corporations with regard to their tax liability. This e-petitition calls for the Treasury to make public the full details of the extent to which each corporation has been allowed to pay tax lower than that which could be reasonably expected under current law, and the reasons why a negotiated payment was allowed.
