In light of the recent death of a child whilst being taught to drive by her husband, we - members and associates of the The National Federation of Approved Driving Instructors, plus supporters petition the Government to make it compulsory for all learner drivers to have a minimum number of PROFESSIONAL driving lessons BEFORE being allowed on public roads with a supervising non qualified driver.
