Petition SMEs should be allowed to pay VAT and Corporation Tax over 12 monthly installments

One of the simplest ways to aid the cashflow for thousands of small UK businesses would be to allow them to pay their tax obligations over 12 months as we do for National Insurance and Income Tax. This would allow businesses to budget for fairly fixed outgoing without the extreme peaks that often happen (e.g. Corporation tax and VAT quarter falling at the same time).
