What if you could use this loan to go to university, or pay for an apprenticeship, or to start a business?\r\n\r\nIf you choose to go to university you can the loan to do that, as we do currently.\r\n\r\nIf you want to get some hands on work skills you can use to loan to pay a company to get an apprenticeship. This way companies are encouraged to have apprentices and the apprentices get a better chance of getting the skills they require.\r\n\r\nAnd if you are entrepreneurial you can use the loan to start a business. You could even club together with friends to start a business. People should have to good business plan to be eligible to get this loan and there should an organisation (banks?) mentoring & checking their progress.\r\n\r\nIt is still a loan, you have to pay it back.
