Recent emails from the Gas Safe Register have confirmed that they have absolutely no authority to do anything about any of their fully paid up members who do not comply with the law, as laid down by government, nor the rules which the Gas Safe Register lay down. That being the case just what is the point of having the Gas Safe Register in existence?
