At a time when increasing pressure is being put on Iran for many reasons including the mistreatment of Women, and the continuing plight of people working for a Democratic Iran, who are routinnely killed just for wanting real democracy, Local Government in the UK can and should do its part to isolate Iran from the rest of the world by Detwinning places in the UK that have twinned with Iran in the past.
