No individual should be eligible to stand for election to the House of Commons until they are forty years old.
By then they will hopefully have had a proper job, and ideally have employed people. Much better to have representatives who have some experience of the 'real world', rather than so many bright young things who go from further education, usually Oxbridge, straight into politics.
