Set an absolute maximum APR limit of 4 times Bank of England Base Rate for ANY type of borrowing, be it credit card, loan or mortgage, and if any loan of any type is made the subject of a court Charging Order then the APR of any such loan shall be fixed at Bank of England Base Rate from its inception.
