Rejected petition Scotland's Multi-Option Constitutional Referendum

We the undersigned demand a referendum that lets all those living in Scotland to opt for either full independence, or independence in all matters other than foreign policy and defense which shall be reserved to Westminster, or the existing status quo. The second option (so-called 'devo max') shall fall if the independence option wins an absolute majority of those who cast a vote.
