Petition Contacting Government Ministers

All government ministers responsible for creating policies that impinge on the mental wellbeing of the public to respond personally to email,letters and all other communication.If as i have,you try to obtain a reply from a government minister,you will generally get a bland,meaningless reply from one of the civil servants in that department.This will only attempt to explain and justify government policy.What i am advocating is that ministers actually read their communications,and reply in person,thus seeing the effect their policies are having on people directly affected.Maybe then they might develop some empathy for the public they are supposed to represent.
