Isp (Internet Service Provider) Over Utilisation should be made ilegal in the uk the fact isp's can knowingly over sell in area's knowing that they can't provide the service they promise is a total shambles.
Stop this greed and let customers get the service they pay for and make this kind of practice be illegal !!!
