Parking fines the way they currently run are unfair.
To be fined the same for being 2 minutes back to your vehicle as someone that parks on a double yellow line is not only unfair but does nothing to halt the problem.
I suggest 1/3 of the curent fine for being within 10 minutes late. 2/3's for upto 15 minutes anything more then the full fine should apply.
