Since the P.M. himself suggests that bank shareholders should have a say in the payment of bonuses to bailed out banks then he must take and honour his own advice. Since we are all "in it together" his own words we as taxpayers ,technically shareholders demand a say. Debts should be paid off before bonuses should even be considered
