More details
All criminals who have spent time incarcerated to protect the public should be billed for the costs like University fees, being recuperated from benefits and even minimal earnings. All rights to property should be waived as a first chance at reclamation. Why should we keep suffering again and again when there is so much positive to achieve in this nation. Surely this is more human and common sense than bringing back execution or public flogging, justice that has seen millenia of success!
