The Speaker should instruct the Prime Minister to answer the questions put to him during Prime Minister's Question Time and not allow those questions to be deflected and/or to be answered by references to other unrelated matters which deliberately set out to avoid giving open and honest responses, thereby denying the UK public their right to know what their Prime Minister believes on any given matter.
