Petition Bonuses in the workplace should be banned
More details
No-one should receive bonuses for carrying out their jobs and getting paid for it. If people are worth an extra £100 or £1000000 in bonus this should be paid as salary and appropriate taxes paid on it. This will then stop mis-selling of products at the front end of sales and also stop the huge bonuses at the top end, which they would not get if the people at the bottom did not do their job for the minimum wage.
