This petition calls for the goverment action on Cyberbullying. Cyberbullying needs to be clearly defined and current legislation covering harssment and malicious communications needs to be amended to include Cyberbullying.
This action will not only serve as a deterent but will also allow schools more powers to deal with this issue.
