Petition CSA needs to change

I want the CSA system reviewed, it is currently so unfair at the moment. my ex partner has been able to go on holiday, buy his own house, own car etc. while living with a partner who earns enough to keep them both.He has taken jobs now and then, but in the 15years of trying to obtain money from him it has been few and far between. my daughter will be 16 next year and is yet to go on holiday, she has been deprived of so many things, because the current system will not take his and her income into consideration.I have worked all my life, although my job is poorly paid, I am unable to get any sort of benifit relief. eg, housing benifit, council tax. school uniform, school dinners. while he is able to get unemployment benifit and does not have to pay me a penny. every single action taken by the CSA takes months, and no action is ever taken. i want the government to take a good hard look at absent fathers and start making thier lives hell. because ive had 15 years of it.
