Petition London Resident Tourist 50% Discount Card

I think that the prices to enter and partake of the many wonderful Tourist attractions in London, as a Council Tax Paying resident, are very prohibitive.
I am proposing that as London residents we can have a card that entitles us to a discount on the entry prices / costs to these establishments and excursions. I am sure that if the Government proposed an annual cost for the card of approximately £20per annum that it would be a way of generating revenue and getting the venues to sign up to the scheme.
