The government are always looking ton save money. How about, for example, if a smoker has a respiratory health problem and after 3 consultations by a doctor where the doctor has told them to quit smoking and they still haven't they have to pay for subsequent consultations and an excess when requiring hospital admission, same with morbid obesity and weight loss The patients ignorance costs the NHS Billions
