Rejected petition pot holes - filling them in wont make them disappear

When councils do temporary fixes in pot holes this is not fixing the issuse. to fix the issuse some of the monies from either the council tax or the road tax should be used to dig up and re tar every road in scotland with a better product that will not lead to pot holes the next year. Instead of spening the cash on plant beds etc
