An Employer should have the right to Dismiss/Discontinue an employees employment without recourse to unfair dismissal there should be a set payment i.e. 1 weeks pay for each year employed. The present system makes it impossible to sack any one. The process makes the employer and the employee ill and does great damage to the economy. This country loves freedom so where is the freedom to employ who you want?
