Petition give food away to homeless people, don't throw it away

Do not allow restaurants to throw away food at the end of the business day. There are so many needy people who will gladly take it. Seeing food being thrown into bin bags when the shop closes, in this day and age, is sickening. The food can always have a clause that states that it is being given away and no one can make any claim against the shop.
