Petition recovery of government administrative cost for social compliance policing

This petition seeks to have brought into law the following:
Individuals involved in public disturbances where the police are required to intervene to keep order are made to pay the actual cost of the police action based on the number of officers involved and the actual man-hours involved regardless of and in addition to any sentence or specific fines later levied for a defined crime.
Individuals involved in the importation of volumes of alcohol, tobacco or other proscribed items where the customs officers are required to intervene and seize the subject items are made to pay the actual cost of the customs/immigration action based on the number of officers involved and the actual man-hours involved. The cost can be immediately seized from the individuals on person property.
