20 million tax statements at what cost to the tax payer. A new computer system (which probably won't work), minimum of 20 million pieces of paper, minimum of 20 million franked envelopes, minimum of 20 million leaflets, numerous staff all this to itemise where our tax goes! Please support this petition for the money to be spent on this ludicrous scheme to go into the NHS where it is needed!
