I want to it to become an offense to drive on a motorway in anything other than the inside lane unless overtaking. We lose approx 30% of our current motorway system capacity from people not knowing how to drive properly and often a motorway can seem like a dual carriageway. Enforcing this rule would increase road capacity and reduce road rage incidents too.
