We want court action to challenge the new pension changes on the grounds of age discrimination. If a pensioner is entitled to the basic pension then it should be the same amount for all. The new proposals in the budget of 21.03.2012 mean that some pensioners will get less than others. Unfair, discriminatory and surely illegal.
