Petition Cut VAT to 10% on all items under £250
More details
Make the amount of VAT payable on items under £250 a rate of 10%. Items over £250 should remain at 20% or even 25%. This would ensure that low value everyday items are kept at an affordable level whilst items over £250 which tend to be high value one of purchases by those with more disposable income.
