Fare paying passengers are been denied bus travel everyday because of the old age pensioners abusing the National Concessionary Bus Pass scheme and travelling on the bus constantly, they are travelling full lenghs of the route so they don't have cross the road. Fare paying passengers are the people that keep bus companies going, and it is because of the National concession pass scheme that bus fares are going up twice or more a year.
