The lease on their design and manufacturing facility runs out in July 2012.  Afterwards the foreign owners of the company will relocate some staff and fill orders at their German facility.  To retain this strategic asset sufficiently large clean room(s) and engineering spaces are required near to Wolverhampton.  Perhaps a source of investment capital could be found and the UK government could offer advice to the company management that it would be worth their while not to relocate so far away.\r\nAnd the petitioner remains, etc.\r\nFurther information on the ex Dowty Boulton Paul company can be found at www.mt-sat.co.uk\r\n","committee_note":null,"state":"rejected","signature_count":1,"created_at":"2012-03-29T10:12:35.000Z","updated_at":"2020-02-16T19:28:04.703Z","rejected_at":"2017-06-21T12:38:14.311Z","opened_at":null,"closed_at":null,"moderation_threshold_reached_at":"2012-03-29T10:12:35.000Z","response_threshold_reached_at":null,"government_response_at":null,"debate_threshold_reached_at":null,"debate_scheduled_at":null,"scheduled_debate_date":null,"debate_outcome_at":null,"rejection":{"code":"duplicate","details":null},"government_response":null,"debate":null,"departments":[],"topics":[]}}}
