Provide benefit claimants’ with vouchers such as food or clothing vouchers to ensure that the money is been spent in the areas it is designed to be spent. Child clothing vouchers will ensure that the benefit money is spent on the child and not drugs, alcohol or drugs. Vouchers would also ensure British tax payers taxes are not been spent on benefit claimants to send abroad.
