All advertised jobs should be posted on the goverment job site to allow for people to easily locate and apply for vacancies.

There are too many job sites that are confusing, have a poor layout and involve registration (leading to junk mail and other useless information). I'm not suggesting that they be removed, just that every advertisement should also be posted on .gov to make things easier for job hunters.
