Petition Standardise Yellow Line Restrictions on a Bank Holiday across boroughs

Yellow Lines on a bank holiday are now a minefield.
Each bank holiday you now need to check with the local councils website to find out what their restrictions are.
I beleive that even different bank holidays can have differing restrictions.
Why can this not be made simple, and just have every council/borough having the same restrictions so that everybody knows where they can and cant park.
