Rejected petition Fair play on tickets for true fans at wembly

This is to force wembley to give more tickets to true fans of the teams playing and not people who have no or very little intrest in the teams playing. To give Chelsea and Liverpool 25000 tickets each out of around 80000 is terrible it means that more tickets are going to non fans than ate going to each team which must be wrong. Let's get it the other way round.
