Why should a WAR DISABILITY PENSION be penalised if you are in receipt of Pension Credits?
If, as an ex service person (and wounded in combat) Any award made to you is deducted from your pension credit, less the first ten pound.
A WAR DISABILITY PENSION is classed as an income!
I'm sure wounded ex service personnel would have preferred an income not earned in this fashion.
It is a scandal the way governments have and are treating their service men and women.
This is a policy that should be altered now.
