At the moment, people whose business have gone bankrupt seem to be able let the business go to the wall, declare them self's bankrupt and then open a new business in someone else's name, this must be tackled as it give the impression that you do not have to pay your debt, and you can carry one as before, which is immoral and should be made highly illegal. Too many people in this country take no responsibility for their actions and this must change!
