Rejected petition Keep the GCSE Grade Boundaries the same for all years

The Grade boundaries for exams are changed year on year depending on how difficult the test was seen to be, this should be stopped as even if it was harder it may give some students an advantage over students in different years. I would like the government to change this and force exam boards to keep the boundaries the same.
