I have been getting C.S.A when i was working and it stops when I got laid off but why does the C.S.A stop it why should a absent father pay C.S.A when its not going to the child surely with the amount of poverty what familys and children are going through why should this money be stopped I think you should get if you are working or not if a family breaks up why should the C.S.A take your childs money off them because in my eyes it belonds to the child NOT THEM.....
